What is Diolaze?
Diolaze is a laser hair removal technology. Laser hair removal works by targeting the pigment in the individual hair shafts with light energy. The pigment in the hair absorbs the energy where it travels down into the follicle in the skin. There, it generates gentle heat and damages the hair growth mechanisms. Over time, this prevents new hair growth in the follicles. Diolaze is an extremely effective technology for laser hair removal because of its advanced laser energy and built-in cooling technology designed for comfort during treatment.

What Happens During Diolaze Treatment?
To begin, you’ll meet with our knowledgeable technicians to discuss your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan using our laser technologies. You’ll be given a full estimate of your treatment schedule based on factors like the size and needs of your treatment area. Generally, laser hair removal sessions can take as little as five minutes for small areas like the face or as much as an hour for large areas like the legs or back. It’s best to arrive at your appointment having shaved the area the day before (do not pluck or wax). Once you’re ready, the laser energy will be applied. Most patients can tolerate the laser hair removal process, but we can supply a topical numbing cream if needed. After treatment, you can return to your daily activities.
Diolaze Maintenance
After laser hair removal sessions, it’s essential to keep the treated area dry and cool. This means avoiding exercise, hot tubs or baths, and saunas. You may have some slight redness and swelling, but it can be managed with a cool pack if needed. It’s also essential to keep the area protected with SPF 30+. Over the course of the next few days, the hair will begin to fall out. In order to fully treat the hair at all growth cycles, we recommend returning for your next treatment within 4-6 weeks. Our team will provide detailed aftercare instructions after your session. With a full package of treatments, you can enjoy long-term results with laser hair removal, but you can return for touch-up treatments as needed.
